Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery services Monday - Saturday. Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
If you sign up for weekly or biweekly service, it is $2.35/lb. If you only want to use our service on an as needed basis it is $2.49/lb.
Next day service is available for an additional $.40/lb.
Same day service is available for an additional $1.25/lb.
There is a $45 minimum for all orders.
We use Tide detergent as our standard on every order, paired with Downy fabric softener and Bounce dryer sheets for a fresh, soft finish.
Prefer fragrance-free or have sensitivities? No problem — we offer Free & Clear options as well.
When placing your order, simply select your product preferences and let us know what you’d like us to use (or avoid). We’re happy to customize every load to your needs.
It is easy! Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It generally takes less than two minutes!
Standard turnaround time is 48 hours, but you can pay an additional fee to get it back the next day or the same day.
You do not! When you place your order, please let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry so our driver knows where to find it.
Make sure that it is in a secure location. Eola Laundry is not responsible for stolen laundry.
No problem! When you place your order, there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know if you have any special laundry instructions. These instructions are saved and will be done every time you place an order with us.
There is not. We don't ask you to commit to any long-term agreement because we know that as long as we continue to give you outstanding service you will stick with us.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit / debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in one of our laundry totes or you can use a sturdy trash bag that cinches closed so no laundry spills out.
If you are signed up for recurring service and you plan to go out of town, you can log into your account and suspend service until you return.
